Naomi Wood
Malvern Manager & Senior Design Consultant
With almost a decade of experience in fine jewellery, Naomi brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity to her role. With experience both on the bench and in bespoke design, she leads the Bespoke team and works closely with clients to create one-of-a-kind pieces.
Inspired by Australian landscapes, Hollywood Regency and coloured gemstones, Naomi is drawn to bold, structural design and the opportunity to create future heirlooms. She is also passionate about Micheli’s sustainable approach to restoring and remodelling jewellery, and a strong advocate for individuality over mass production.
Outside of jewellery, Naomi brings her creativity to the stage as a cabaret performer.

Alice Sandric
Malvern Design Consultant
With a background in architecture and almost two years in the jewellery industry, Alice brings a creative and technical perspective to bespoke design. After completing both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture, she was drawn to jewellery as the perfect combination of technical drawing, creativity and craftsmanship.
Inspired by art history, architecture and design eras from the Renaissance to Art Deco, Alice loves reinterpreting the past through a contemporary lens. Her design approach is often led by the individual character of each stone, creating pieces that feel timeless, unexpected and personal.
Outside of Micheli, Alice is an artist and painter who recently held her first art exhibition.

Andrea Fazekas
Malvern Senior Design Consultant
As a Senior Design Consultant at Micheli’s Malvern Boutique, Andrea brings six years of jewellery industry experience and a lifelong passion for design to her role.
Inspired by nature, colour, different cultures and travel, Andrea is drawn to creating pieces that feel truly unique - whether through an exceptional gemstone or an unexpected design detail.
Her favourite part of the process is seeing an initial idea come to life as a beautiful piece of jewellery designed to be worn and enjoyed.
Outside of Micheli, Andrea loves spending time in nature, exploring new places and travelling, or unwinding at home with a good book.

Marc Salzmann
Micheli Founder & Director
As Owner and Director of Micheli Jewellery, Marc brings a lifelong passion for creativity, craftsmanship and working with his hands to the business he founded.
Beginning his working life at almost 15 in a cabinet maker’s warehouse before moving into commercial estimating, Marc eventually realised he wanted a career that allowed him to fully express his creative side - leading to the creation of Micheli Jewellery.
While he oversees all aspects of the business, Marc’s true passion remains working closely with clients to design and create bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces that are personal, meaningful and made to become future heirlooms.

Nikki Gibbons
Micheli Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager at Micheli, Nikki brings an extensive background in digital marketing and strategy, with experience across paid media, e-commerce, content and brand growth.
Having worked with jewellery brands throughout her marketing career, she brings both a strategic and creative perspective to the continued growth of Micheli.
Inspired by fashion, travel and the wider luxury world, Nikki is passionate about building distinctive brands and finding new ways to tell the stories behind Micheli’s people, craftsmanship and one-of-a-kind pieces.
Outside of work, Nikki is a keen runner, loves keeping active and exploring Melbourne with her pug, Darryl.

Anna Salzmann
Micheli Photographer & Content Manager
As Micheli’s Resident Photographer and Content Manager, Anna combines a lifelong connection to jewellery with her passion for photography. Having grown up around jewellers from the age of eight and worked in the industry since she was 18, she brings a deep understanding of jewellery to the way she captures each piece.
Her creative process begins with the finished piece itself, finding the best way to highlight its unique character, craftsmanship and detail. Anna loves working alongside her family and documenting Micheli’s continued growth.
Outside of work, Anna is a passionate reader and previously spent several years living and working in London within the jewellery industry.

Cal
Malvern Jeweller
With eight years of experience in the jewellery industry, Cal is a qualified bench jeweller with a passion for craftsmanship and creating pieces designed to be treasured for generations.
His approach to the craft is influenced by a remarkable family history in art and silversmithing, including his great-great-grandfather, acclaimed artist Sir James Dromgole Linton. Discovering this family connection inspired Cal to pursue jewellery himself, and it continues to influence his focus on quality and craftsmanship today.
At Micheli, Cal loves the variety of pieces created in the workshop and the opportunity to bring each client’s individual vision to life.
