While our warranty covers manufacturing, we understand that life happens. Should your jewellery encounter accidental damage, our on-site master jewellers are available to assess your piece immediately. Unlike traditional retailers, we provide expert feedback and restoration solutions directly from the workshop to you, ensuring transparency and care.

To ensure the ongoing integrity of your piece, all maintenance, resizing, or alterations must be performed exclusively by our on-site master jewellers. Entrusting your jewellery to an outside workshop will unfortunately void your coverage, as we can only guarantee the standard of work completed within our own studio.

To ensure the perfect fit, we offer a complimentary resizing service for all Micheli-Made pieces. Whether it is a subtle adjustment or a more significant change, our consultants will work with you to ensure your piece sits comfortably and securely.

Fine jewellery requires professional attention to maintain its structural integrity. We invite you to visit us for two complimentary maintenance checks per year.

Your piece will undergo a rigorous inspection process:

1. Detailed Assessment: Our consultants perform an initial review using 20x magnification.
2. Expert Verification: Our on-site jeweller then examines the piece under 100x magnification to confirm the security of all settings and gemstones.

Keep your jewellery brilliant with our unlimited complimentary ultrasonic cleaning. This service takes less than five minutes and effectively removes the daily build-up of residue, oxidation, and tarnish.

Each cleaning session includes a complimentary prong and gemstone assessment under 20x magnification. It is a thorough "mini-maintenance" check to ensure your stones are secure while restoring the original fire and brilliance of your piece.
