The Opportunity

As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you'll guide clients through one of the most exciting and memorable purchases of their lives.

From custom engagement rings and wedding bands to jewellery remodelling and repairs, you'll build lasting relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience from the initial consultation through to collection.

Working closely with our jewellers, designers and boutique team, you'll help bring our clients' visions to life while ensuring every project is managed with care, professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience in every interaction.
• Guide clients through engagement ring, custom jewellery and remodelling consultations.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage custom-made and remodelling projects from consultation through to completion.
• Coordinate jewellery repairs and provide exceptional after-sales service.
• Liaise with our jewellers, designers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets and boutique KPIs.
• Maintain the presentation and high standards of the boutique.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll bring:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple client projects at once.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work weekends.

Jewellery or luxury retail experience is highly regarded, however it isn't essential. If you're passionate about helping people and eager to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
